Stafford Gatling, Jr. is a three time pro athlete turned sports performance coach who specializes in the development of physical, mental and
spiritual greatness within his athletes. A native to Burlington, North Carolina. Gatling is a two time state champion in high school basketball and a four year letterman in football from Cummings High School. In 2006, Gatling committed to Ohio University in Athens, Ohio where he was awarded a full athletic
scholarship. Gatling served as one of the teams leading defenders as an outside linebacker (OLB). Choosing to use his time as wisely as possible,
Gatling majored in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Business. During his final year of eligibility, Gatling served as one of four team captains. In 2011, Gatling went undrafted. He was later picked
up as a free agent by the New York Jets.
